For clients opting for self-drive hire, we require a valid driving license from your country of residence (in English) or an International Driving Permit. The minimum age for hiring a vehicle is 23 years, with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
Documentation: A valid passport and a major credit card in the primary driver’s name are required for the security deposit upon vehicle collection.
If you prefer not to drive, our professional English-speaking African driver-guides are available for all vehicles. They are extensively trained in safe driving practices, local navigation, and wildlife spotting. Should you require a driver fluent in another language, or a specialized professional courier, this can be arranged subject to an additional charge.
All our rental vehicles carry comprehensive insurance coverage. However, standard self-drive rentals are subject to an excess deductible in the event of an accident or damage. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) options are available to reduce your liability.
Every vehicle in our fleet is backed by Kuldip's 24/7 roadside assistance. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we ensure prompt mechanical support or a replacement vehicle to keep your journey on track.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your vehicle reservation. Full payment must be completed prior to the commencement of the hire period. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as direct bank transfers.
