Please read the following terms carefully before making a reservation. By booking with Kuldip's Touring Company Ltd you agree to the conditions set out below.
Most rooms are booked on the basis of two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at supplementary cost. Hotels and lodges mentioned in itineraries are named as an indication of category; rooms may be reserved at alternate properties that offer the same level and quality of service. Hotels are selected based on criteria including comfort and cleanliness.
Please note that a "twin room" refers to a room with two single beds placed side by side.
Safari minibuses, safari 4WD vans, 4×4 Land Cruisers, cars, or coaches will be provided according to the price, route and number of participants. English-speaking driver-guides are provided on all tours and safaris.
Optional excursions may be purchased up to 30 days prior to departure or while on tour, at an additional cost. Pre-purchased optional excursions are subject to a 10% per-excursion cancellation fee.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the start of the tour, either by bank transfer or upon arrival in cash or by card.
Card payments: An additional 5% payment processing fee applies to all card transactions.
If you are making a reservation less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour, 100% payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Kuldip's Touring Company Ltd reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received on time, in which case the applicable cancellation fees will apply.
The following cancellation schedule applies to all confirmed bookings:
A party invoking the force majeure clause (see Section 07) shall be at liberty to postpone the tour to a future date.
Kuldip's Touring Company Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to any itinerary when deemed advisable for the comfort and safety of passengers. This includes, but is not limited to, the substitution of hotels, alteration of the itinerary, and reversing the order of places to be visited.
Kuldip's Touring Company Ltd also reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed upon.
Kuldip's Touring Company Ltd acts as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers providing means of transportation and all related travel services. The company shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, fire, pilferage, plagues, epidemics, pandemics, or other events of force majeure; failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled; civil disturbances; terrorism; government restrictions or regulations; and discrepancies or changes in hotel services over which the company has no control.
In any such event, the contract will be suspended for the duration of the event. The contracting party shall not be entitled to a refund of any deposit already paid, but shall be at liberty to postpone the safari to a future date. In the event the party decides to cancel entirely, the deposit paid will be forfeited, as it shall have been utilised in the preparation of the safari and disbursed to service providers who require advance payment to secure bookings.
While every care is taken, Kuldip's Touring Company Ltd shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of baggage. It is therefore strongly advisable to effect separate baggage insurance prior to travel.
These terms and conditions, and any contracts or engagements arising therefrom, shall be governed by the Laws of Kenya.
The company reserves the right to amend, alter or change these terms and conditions without notice whatsoever to any party contracting hereunder.
